Once made, our awesome shipping partners work their magic, and your order should arrive in 2-5 more business days! Most U.S. orders land at your doorstep within 10 business days. Returns: We want you to absolutely LOVE your Wilde and Untamed goodies! Since each item is made just for you, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if there’s been a little oops on our end.
We’ve got you covered if:
- You received the wrong item.
- There’s a misprint or design issue.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
If any of these apply, just email us at support@wildeanduntamed.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund!
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:
- Change of heart (not feeling the style, color, etc.).
- Ordering the wrong size (double-check those size charts, babe!).
- Custom items (unless there’s a defect, of course!).
