At Wilde and Untamed, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Since each item is made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the event of an error on our part.
Eligible Returns/Refunds
We will gladly accept returns or issue refunds if:
- You received a wrong product.
- There is a misprint or design issue.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will promptly work to resolve the problem and offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Eligible Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that don’t fit personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, not liking the style or color).
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Please ensure to double-check size charts before placing your order.
All custom orders are final sale unless the product has a defect as outlined above.

- Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Once we review your request, we will notify you of the next steps.
